Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Sarah studied at the Granger Bay Hotel School for 4 years, where she received a degree in Hospitality Management. After which she took to the seas to work on super yachts for the following 4 years.

Upon returning to Cape Town, Sarah decided to launch a luxury travel concierge agency (BACK IN TOWN, Travel Concierge), focusing on bespoke travel planning to South Africa. As the business developed, she took on the management of a number of short-term rental villas and apartments across the city, building a substantial portfolio of luxury rentals and expertise in short-term rentals along the way. 

The company has been running successfully for over 5 years with an excellent team on the ground in South Africa, giving Sarah the opportunity to expand internationally to France in 2018 when her and her husband moved to the French Riviera.
